About who needs care: Has dementia, supposed to use a walker but chooses not to unless he goes outside. We do force the issue. Can get food out of fridge, needs help bathing. Very unstable. Loves to sit outside. Pretty much that's what he does, retired farmer. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
