About who needs care: The family member is 90 yrs young! She has recently tripped and recovered from a fractured femur. She will be coming out of Assisted /respite care in June and back into the home. She is able to pretty much care for herself, but will require laundry service, and light housekeeping along with assistance with 1 shower per week. otherwise we believe she's pretty good with all else. About the care needs: Personality - Kind, patient, organized and in control. No special skills - but experience in elder care a must as well as, able to communicate with primary family members daily. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
