I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Patient is a diabetic with limited mobility. Is experiencing bathroom issues with increasing frequency. Memory issues but no diagnosis of memory disease, hard of hearing. Seeking someone to handle daytime hours during the week while we work.
