We need senior care provider with Dementia/Alzheimer's experience for our Mother. Her care needs are: Mobility Assistance to & from Commode. She is continent but sometimes has accidents. Assistance with transfers to commode, sofa, bed and car. Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Bathing & Dressing, Meal Preparation & Medication Prompting, Transportation: Doctor Appointments/Errands. We're looking for someone to provide consistently respectful & kind, professional companionship and help motivate and engage Mom in conversation, physical therapy exercises and embroidery. She also enjoys watching her old favorite TV shows & old records.
