Seeking hands-on care at a lovely home in Kaneohe for my in-laws. They are 89 & 90. My father-in-law suffers from Alzheimer's. Spending time with him to keep him safe and engaged will make up the bulk of the shifts. Some light tidying up and meal prep is involved. Assistance with bathing and toilet is needed for my father-in-law. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands (including transport to/from appointments) when appropriate. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. We have a team in place and are looking to fill in the afternoon and weekend shifts. We're open to having one caregiver for the weekday times and another person for the weekend shifts.
