About who needs care: Stroke June 2023 Slightly mobile has wheel chair No hobbies. Watches TV and chats in phone Breakfast and medication in the morning, daily. Lunch daily, before PT - 2 times a week, dinner daily and medication. Needs assistance with transitions in and out of shower, toilet, vehicle. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
