I'm looking for an accountability partner or companion for my 32-year-old daughter who has depression, anxiety, & bi-polar disorder. She is in a difficult period and having trouble with self-care and needs someone to support her a few hours a day for a temporary period (not sure exactly - 3-6 weeks but may be longer). You do not need to perform the tasks for her but be there to ensure she is maintaining structure in her day and practicing self-care such as getting out of bed (and staying out) up at a certain hour, getting exercise, taking her medicine, showering/brushing teeth, picking up after herself, attending therapy, and so forth. She is home with us right now, but we work full-time and cannot act in the capacity she needs consistently.
