About who needs care: I am an active 82-year-old. I take care of myself and my house. I eat plant-based meals that I prepare myself. I walk, swim and do Chair Aerobics for exercise. The day can range between 4 and 5 hours depending on what is being done. We may focus on light cleaning, cooking, and/or frequently asked technology questions. I want to stay in my house when I become disabled and your assistance will enable me to. About the care needs: A young-minded person who is familiar with the smartphone and who has energy to move around. No special skills are needed. I use to play tennis but the person does not have to know how to play tennis. I plan to live to be 120 in good health. So I drink a lot of water and exercise every chance I get. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
