About who needs care: Yes, My brother has a mental health Illness and he needs assistance with his ADLs and getting out in the community. As far as his hobbies or interests , I am not sure as to what that may be. My brother normally is stubborn and would prefer to isolate himself in the room in my parents house. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
