Help needed for my mother in her 70s - seeking part-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Help with bathing, dressing, and light housekeeping (change and wash bed sheets, vacuum, etc.) is needed. My mom struggles with Parkinson's and is not very mobile. She can use a walker on her own, but in her apartment tries to walk carefully without it. Bathing requires her to have help stepping into the bathroom shower and getting seated on the bathing chair (she's approx. 90 lbs.). She needs assistance doing this as well as bathing, hair drying, and nail trimming. Additional responsibilities might include some light meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. I'm looking to provide her with care 2 days per week in the early evenings (prefer Mon/Thurs or Tues/Fri).
