There is "round the clock care". Small petite lady, but we now have two people for day shift, my day girls have been there for 4 years and their backs are probably tired.. so it makes it a very easy job with 2 people. I will also have night shifts available in the near future, but for now we start on day shift working along side case manager, that way you know the drill to a T and makes it so much easier for anyone new. The shifts change every month and we do a great job of keeping it fair. Switching weekends/holidays. The family treats us well too. If it's something you're interested in, you can work the whole shift along side case manager and if it's something you like we will put you on the schedule! If it's something you are not interested in then I will pay you for the day anyways! Prefer someone dedicated to just one client.
