Our concerns are Bathing and Exercise. Strong person, but only light assistance needed. She can pretty much bath herself. its a matter of safety in an out of the shower with precautions to be careful, maybe light assistance with her back or hair. let her do as much as she can by herself and be there to safeguard. With Exercise it needs to be checked if she's doing them, doing them safely and going over them with her. working with her to complete them. Am unsure at this time on the frequency of 1 to 2 weeks. References and fluent English are a must. Since this is very light hour , ideally will be looking for someone to be at the end or prior to a job in the same area. The day is flexible.
