My mom likes to laugh. She has severe dementia but still likes to have fun. She is recovering from Sepsis Shock so is much more tired than usual. Vitals must be taken 3 times a day. Medicine only as needed. Requires help to go to the restroom. Fully incontinent, needs to be showered at least once every 2 days, off days good sponge bath, unless it is a messy day, then shower is required. I am looking for an expert in transferring carefully and safely. 100% no-fall rating. She is in a wheelchair, but to build strength, some assisted walking. She is very weak right now, can barely stand. Needs to eat a puree diet. Meals and cooking also. Laundry, cooking, shower, vitals, whole 9-yards. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands, shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
