My mother is 78 years old and is a retired psychoanalyst from NYC who just recently relocated here after receiving a Dementia diagnosis and is living with me and my family (husband 43, son 20, daughter 17). I work from home primarily. She needs companionship with intellectual stimulation, supervision of bathing, med reminders, meal prep and light housekeeping, errands etc. She is ambulatory and physically able to go on excursions etc. She is oriented to person but becomes disoriented to place and situation. Live in is an option for the right person. Otherwise this is a full time or part time or sporadic position.
