I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother who's in her 80s. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion who can help her bathing and manage medication. Help preparing meals and tidying up is desired. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. My father is there to assist; but he is also not a youngster and I'd appreciate someone keeping an eye on his health as well. There is a daytime caregiver most days and it would be great to find someone who is flexible and can coordinate overnight schedules as well as provide backup for the main caregiver as necessary for time off and vacations.
