Looking for a hands-on care provider for my mother in her 80s. My mom is a sweet lady with advanced Parkinson's Disease. She spends most of her day in a wheelchair and needs full assist with all ADL's. She is social, enjoys interacting with people and going to the activities especially chair dancing and bingo. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assist with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding assistance. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion to be with her 7AM-7 p.m. daily (we can make arrangements for days off). Responsibilities may include taking her to get her nails done and going to her hair salon. Car provided. Preference for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. You would be working for me not the nursing home. $15. 00/hr. Pay every 2 weeks. Includes 1 week paid vacation earned after 6 months employment.
