About who needs care: My mom has a rare disease called amyloidosis which has caused several daily health struggles (dizziness, incontinence, blood pressure, fatigue) she takes daily medications and has a LOT of doctors appointments. She loves going to the beach, going for walk and beach cruiser rides and reading. She especially loves time with her family, my 2 sisters and I are her best friends but we dont live local. Ideally, her day would start with a healthy breakfast, her meds, a beach walk or bike ride, doc appts, healthy dinner and leisure time. About the care needs: They would be positive, patient and flexible! No specifics skills but some household cleaning to support my dad. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
