My 91-year-old grandmother, Anne, recently moved to an independent living community and needs help with: * Walking her to on-site appointments (e. g. hair appointments) * Driving her to off-site doc appts and errands * Running errands on her behalf (very specific grocery requests) * Assisting her at home (e. g. checking calendar, helping w/ tech, clearing fridge of expired food) Anne is a highly intelligent former government official who loves the NY Times, puzzles, and politics. She struggles w/ short-term memory and can become frustrated by the limitations of her age. The ideal candidate: * Has college degree, or current college or nursing student * Is very patient w/ exceptional emotional intelligence & communication skills * Enjoys discussing politics & world affairs * Is experienced * Seeks flex hours: 2-4x a week in 2-4 hour blocks
