Hello all. We're looking for a companion for my mother in her 80s who lives with us, but we do need someone available overnight from 12am-6am, five or more days/week. Duties would include mostly companionship, help with toileting as she's a bit unsteady on her feet due to a mild stroke a few years ago (she uses a walker), and possibly simple meal preparation. Mom is a retired RN and would appreciate somebody who could "talk shop" about healthcare. Our preference is for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets, as we have a small, affectionate, non-shedding dog.
