About who needs care: My dad is leaving a nursing home and coming home to an apartment after being there for 5 months after having a heart attack and having just sold his home. He needs some transition care while we see how he transitions from the nursing home to independent living. He will need some overnight supervision at first as well as some meal prep and shower supervision. About the care needs: My dad likes women and someone who is able to deal with him if he gets cranky and wants his own space. He needs someone who will get him out of bed in the morning and get him motivated for the day. He loves golf, he likes word searches. He likes good food and to watch sports, football, basketball, weather and the news. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
