About who needs care: My father is in the late stages of dementia and requires two caregivers at bedtime. We have a live-in aide who provides 24 hour care, but we are looking for someone to help her get him to bed each weeknight. We will pay for 1 hour of work but it usually doesn't take that long. About the care needs: We are looking for someone willing to work with another caregiver to make my dad comfortable. Getting him ready for bed entails helping to move him with the hoyer lift from the living room to his bed and then help with changing him and getting him ready to sleep. / Services needed include: changing / dressing
