About the job
My 88yo mom is going to live in Senior Living in Hamden after she gets discharged from rehab in NY (final date TBD). She's fallen a few times in the last year, this time had leg injury. I'm her daughter, will be coming to stay w/her Friday night-Monday mornings. I'd like someone experienced to stay overnight in 1 bedroom unit Monday-Thursday. Flexible on the hours, could vary from 4pm-8 p.m. start time. Must like cats. This is a transition time for her. We'd like to have someone very nice, sweet, patient, kind. She likes to watch TV, strong Democrat :) Care concerns: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing/Dressing, Companionship Important: experience w/managing medication. Some help needed w/stepping into shower.
