About who needs care: My mother DJ gets around okay on her own - a bit wobbly and slow but she is able to cook her own breakfast and do her own self care - bathroom, shower etc. She does need help washing her hair, light housework and meal prep. About the care needs: My mother is a retired therapist so someone with a Psych background is always good. No special needs, but being into what makes us tick as a human is super helpful. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
