About who needs care: Takes nutrition and fluids via feeding tube. Has limited use of arms from carpal tunnel and a torn rotator cuff on his right shoulder. Has trach and needs occasional suctioning of mucus secretions. He is ambulatory but spends most of his time in bed watching TV and on FB talking with friends. He is unable to talk anymore but can write notes. His hearing is poor due to radiation therapy from cancer treatment in 2006. I need assistance on occasion when I need to be away for more than 4-5 hours. About the care needs: Someone experienced with respiratory care or willing to learn. David likes sports and used to be an avid outdoorsman. He loves animals. Because of his limitations he needs someone patient and friendly. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
