We are looking for someone to come and spend about 2 hours with my mom during Mondays- Thursdays and occasionally stay with her at our house while we are out of town. We would start off with two days a week until my mother is comfortable with having someone there more often. We have 3 dogs that are very friendly, so you would have to be comfortable with dogs. My mom had a stroke 2 years ago and suffers from ischemic dementia. She is somewhat high functioning but is also forgetful at times.
