Mom is stage 6 dementia. She is able to move with a Walker but needs help standing, bathing, sometimes fed, lot of help with shower, prepare meals, help with general exercise and simple ones by her PT. Cognitive exercises is most helpful. When she is feeling strong driving her to seem family be expected. She likes to play Checkers , crosswords, bible verses (if your into the Bible (not required)) but needs to be encouraged at first
