I am an active 83-year-old retired professional and artist. I need twice weekly (very flexible) help keeping my home in order, including light cleaning, cat care, watering plants. (I have a housecleaner once a week). I need a woman who is sharp, has initiative and is able to keep things neat without a great deal of direction. My husband has dementia. He's in a skilled nursing facility. I visit him every day at lunch, leaving me little time or energy to care for my home, two cats, tiny garden and myself. I'm overwhelmed. It affects my memory and abilities. So, compassion is important. My biggest need is someone who is trustworthy, skilled at organizing, managing and filing papers, bills (mine and my husband's), etc. Cooking light meals would be a plus. COVID/flu vaccination essential, as is a great sense of humor. Laughter is essential!
