Hello! We are looking for a kind, patient, caring and compassionate caregiver for my mother in San Pedro. In addition to experience caring for someone with Dementia, you must be a non-smoker, and love cats. :-) Responsibilities include: -- Light house cleaning and laundry. -- Standing by to assist, if necessary, during her showers. -- Preparing light meals and snacks. -- Driving her to/from appointments. -- Helping to keep her active "active" (she uses a walker) and engaged by going to lunch, the nail salon, the park, the library, etc. -- Errands (e. g. pharmacy, post office) We look forward to hearing from you! An absolute gift would be someone willing to take her to mass on Wednesdays.
