Female Helper Wanted For My Mother In San Francisco My mother is an 89-year-old senior with macular degeneration and she is becoming more and more blind. She has high blood pressure and feels overwhelmed. she is also very hard of hearing, so we probably need someone who does not have a thick accent, who can speak slowly and loudly. She lives alone and I am hoping to find a helper who could come over, 3-5 hours a day, -- to help out. Saturday, Sunday, and possibly fill in on other days. Times are flexible. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Good cooking is a plus! Duties include providing companionship and social interaction, short walks. Run errands. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
