About who needs care: Hi, my grandpa is 80 years old and he has dementia. We are looking for a kind compassionate person who will help share the load with us. He has frequent accidents and needs assistance with showering and toileting. Other than that, he is pretty self sufficient. Were willing to work around your schedule. Minimum hours needed will be 4 each day but they vary depending on what we have to do that day, or errands that need to be ran.
