About who needs care: Elderly woman in her early 90's needs assistance being transferred from wheelchair to commode to bed in the evenings and with overall night routine to include cleanup. Enjoys small talk although hard of hearing. Please speak clearly. We are currently looking for coverage in the evenings to begin and will expand to morning and weekends as we need off. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver will be patient yet firm. My grandma can have a McGuyver mindset and want to try new things. Patience is really the big thing; speaking, listening, helping, all of it. Respectful, on-time and caring. A responsible caregiver. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
