Provide the skilled care necessary for 34 y/o male with TBI to achieve increased independence, self-worth, and safety with the completion of physical and occupational rehabilitation therapies, social activities, hygiene support and activities of daily living (ADLs) through transfer, balance, and strength training, and safe use of equipment.
