We need live-in home care to take care of my loved one. He is a 38-year-old male confined to a wheelchair. We are looking to get a male caregiver for him. We are offering a flat rate of $700 a month in addition to services in exchange for room and board (you would not have to pay for rent in exchange for your services). Your specific schedule (days and times) will be discussed in more depth upon interview. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We might ask you to run errands now and then for him. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets as there is 1 family dog. CPR / first-aid trained is preferred.
