About who needs care: Mother needs assistance. Caretaker would need to help my stepfather take care of my mother. The care would need to ensure she takes her medication at the right time and eat at least two to three meals a day. She sometimes has some mobility issues, but for the most part, she can move around on her own. She may need assistance getting out of bed. Problem at times with incontinence. Would also need someone to shop, run errands, take to various appointments. Light cleaning. Meal prep. Looking for four hours a day, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
