Seeking hands-on care near Antioch for my husband in his 70s. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including helping prepare food. We're looking for some help preparing simple meals. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets ( we have two cats). Looking for once a week, and monthly 2-3 days in addition to the once a week. There is some flexibility for the days as our previous caregive had other patients (she had to retire for health reasons). Plus other visits as needed in the future. We will also need someone to cover Sept 10-24 for wife being out of town. Patient wheelchair bound but does his own independent transfers.
