About who needs care: My Mom's name is Esta. She's 78 years old and has sadly suffered from two strokes and has diabetes. She is decently able to most things (she's a wobbly walker) and has a hand trimmer that makes it hard for her to open jars/cook for herself and due to her stroke can no longer drive. We are trying to keep her in her home and thought this would be an option to try before assisted living. My Mom's is a cool lady and I am hoping this will work. Thank you! About the care needs: Someone kind and who doesn't mind driving her to the grocery store or take her out for a walk. She's a retired teacher and there are five of us adult children. She does not mind being alone at all but having company to take her on errands and meal prep would be the best. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
