Incontinent - needs help staying dry. Come in at noon, get client up. Attend to personal hygiene Fix and serve meal #1 Clean up kitchen and client Assistant client back to bed if she ask Clean up or do laundry Rest while client is asleep Repeat process for meal #2 About the care needs: They need to be physically strong and an encouraging personality! Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
