I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 90s. I work remotely from home and will often be present. Looking for someone to be "eyes" and "ears" during onsite hours. Important - significant need for mobility assistance (with walker) and a watchful eye for potential falls or weakness. Assistance with bed-bath (hospital bed on-site), as well as general hygiene cleaning and grooming. Opportunities for on occasional daily check-ins on days I go into office and temporary live-in for 3-5 day coverage when traveling. Can be very flexible with hours (weekdays/weekends) - could be 30+ hours per week for right connection.
