Must be reliable My son is 32 years old. He had a TBI in 2004 at age 12. due to the injury, it has left him with minimal motor skills. He understands what is going on but can't talk. He is a pleasure to work with as well as being around. I've been blessed with such a sweet guy. nurses have stayed with us up to 10 years. An ideal day would include using a kangaroo pump, giving medicine through a feeding tube, cleaning him up, pulling him up in bed. no lifting required, small tasks in his room. we do have a ceiling lift. His interests are watching TV. His motor skills limit him from other activities. looking for someone who is licensed. due to feeding tube and medications given. We have no pets.
