Help needed for my mother in her 90s who has been independent at home until recently but is experiencing increasing cognitive decline. She is naturally easygoing and pleasant. She recently had a fall and is currently in skilled nursing for rehab. We anticipate that she will need some assistance with mobility, bathing, and dressing; at this time we're not sure how much, but it may be minimal. She will need reminders about medication, hydration, using her walker and emergency button, exercising, errands, and possibly meal prep or assistance with meal prep. We're looking for full-time care. Specific days of the week can be flexible and might be shared with a second care giver. On-site housing in a separate bedroom with private bath and entrance could be part of the arrangement for someone willing to do some night duty.
