Approx 10, 000 sq feet, 2 stories Working on remodeling so some rooms may not require attention regularly Looking for a bi-weekly general house cleaning like counters, dusting, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning. There is chair rail in most rooms that need wiped regularly to keep dust down. We have pets in the home. They are friendly. One stays in a kennel during work hours, she won't be in the way. One hides from visitors. The other is a friendly golden retriever who will just lay around once he's accustomed to you. I do keep clutter and daily messes taken care of. I am a household of one. I have recently had knee surgery so things have piled up. Lots of organization of clothing and other personal items. Some clothes may be packed for donation. Vacuum floors, mop linoleum floors and dust. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom is large. Folding clean clothes. Take bagged garbage to dumpster. I have a cat in case of allergies. She is friendly. I will take care of her needs. I am flexible about which day of the week. I need someone for 2 4-hour sessions this month. For each of the sessions I am paying $52. 00. Later I hope to have someone on a once a week basis for 2 hours.

Searching for someone to come daily, Mon-Fri, for approximately 1. 5 hours each day. Mornings (approximately 8:30-10) or late afternoons (approximately 3:30-5) would be ideal. Daily jobs would include vacuuming, mopping kitchen floor and wiping down kitchen counters, mopping mudroom. Through the week I would need 2 bathrooms cleaned, bed sheets washed and changed and laundry done and folded for a family of 5. Non-smoker preferred.
