Hey There. We have 3 (one single family home and 2 tiny homes) that require regular cleaning. The main house generally turns over once per week and the tiny houses generally turn over every couple of days. Main house takes about 5 hours to clean/laundry and the tiny homes each take about an hour. All cleanings occur between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Some Sunday work will be required. Saturdays rarely have cleanings. We also need help with laundry onsite. 15-20 hours per week. $15/hr on the weekday and $20/hr on weekends. Thanks!

I have 3 very busy rental properties in A. The large main house is primarily a weekend rental and generally turns over once per week. I also have 2 tiny houses that turn over more frequently and sometimes require same day cleaning between guests. Like to offload as many of these cleanings as possible. We have multiple washing machines and dryers on premise and would like someone comfortable with also taking care of the laundry when needed. Occasional Sunday cleanings may be required. As the cleaning schedule for the 2 tiny homes can be a bit unpredictable (but generally known at least a month in advance), best if you live close to Afton in order to make the drive worth your time :) Also have 3 similar properties 2 miles up the road that owner is interested in having cleaning done. If you're flexible, possible FT position.
