We need a non-typical routine house cleaning - one that focuses on helping us keep up with the messiness of having multiple dogs, cats, and other critters. Big priorities are dusting and vacuuming. Since the dogs can go inside and outside as they please, it gets dusty fast! And they are in no short supply of loose hair! (Maybe you're into making dog sweaters? Just kidding ) So we need serious vacuuming, including vacuuming our couches.
We also need help washing their bedding and our bedding (because its practically theirs too), as well as a wipe down of their crates.
If times allows, wed also like help cleaning up anything they've taken outside, which can include an entire toy collection or a bag of Hawaiian rolls, or a pair of our favorite slippers. Any cleaning up of the back yard, whatever that may look like is useful. Maybe scooping up the landmines Shamu, our best big boy, leaves behind, or cleaning up their efforts to destroy human-made efforts.
