Our home is a two story 3 bedroom, two and half bathrooms. The upstairs is not used as much as the downstairs and would only need to be cleaned every other week. We need help with sweeping, mopping, dusting, kitchen, bathrooms, refrigerator, occasional laundry, and some initial organizing We're looking for someone who is okay with two young energetic dogs that shed a lot. Who can be of real assistance on my "flare" days. To get to our home, you will need private transportation. Our family includes myself and two loveable dogs.

Two story home, but upstairs only needs cleaning every other week. Lower level needs attention weekly. Lower level has the master with ensuite bath. Living room, kitchen, laundry area, 1/2 bath, and a small library. All lower level flooring is LVT or tile. I do have two dogs, both are heavy shedders. They're are friendly. I will also require some assistance with laundry due to injury and ongoing health issues. I will supply all cleaning materials, mop, and vacuum.

One level King home needs a part-time house cleaner. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. I can provide most supplies and equipment but may need you to bring things if you have preferences.. I am handicapped and mostly need someone to do the things I can no longer manage. I also have some antique wood furniture that needs some TLC 3 to 4 times per year.. Currently need 1 bedroom 2 baths kitchen and den cleaned but this may expand to 3 additional rooms as I unpack those and open them up..
