A couple nurses are great as well as a couple cena's. Administration and office staff do not have the residents best interest. Excuses galore. I worked in a Medical care facility for two years and had a loved one in a medical care facility before my experience now for 2 1/2 years. I realized that a loved one needs to be an advocate for the resident to get effective care. After 100 days and being there every day except for seven, where there Was another family member and friends there, my loved one did not get the best care they could have. We were very disappointed. No wonder this place has such a low rating. I feel bad for those people who have no family or advocate for them.
