Comfortable home setting: Some children struggle when starting daycare because it's a totally different environment than what they're used to. We provide a comfortable home setting which will help your child relax and ease any anxiety.

Fewer children = personal attention: Our daycare isn't as large as a commercial daycare center, we have limited enrollment. This means we will be able to give your child more personal attention. We have great teacher to child ratios, so your child will never get lost in the crowd

Affordable rates: Because this is a small business run from home, we are able to offer some of the most affordable rates around.

Turnover is low: Perhaps the most important reason to choose licensed in-home childcare is the low turnover rate--both for providers and children attending. The childcare provider will always be the same and the children tend to stay for a few years. Our childcare isn't like commercial chains where kids come and go. Sunshine Quality Daycare & Preschool has been open for 10 years. I care for all ages. I'm flexible with scheduling, professional and organized. Besides childcare I have worked with special needs children as a substitute teacher in the Highline school district. I've also taught children's swim lessons and gymnastics classes.

We found Sunshine Quality Daycare after an incident of abuse at our previous daycare. They were very understanding and excepting of my two children. My kids loved going there and learned SO much. We moved away in November and my son still asks about Miss Autumn and Mr. Dennis frequently. No other daycare can compare to Sunshine Quality Daycare!

When I first had to start looking for childcare I was terrified. My 1-year-old son was very attached to me and had only been watched by my mother and I. When I found Sunshine Quality Daycare & Preschool I was put at ease. They took amazing care of my son, and I was suprised at how easy the transition was for him. My son has now been there almost a year and it's amazing how much he has learned. I plan on keeping him there for many more years and am so happy to have found such a great 'second home' for my baby.

I needed a daycare very last minute-the next day, and they have been there for our family ever since. I found Sunshine Daycare and love the way they care for and teach my children! It always amazes me with how much they learn everyday and how much they love being there. It feels good to know that my children are in good hands with how hard it is to try to find a childcare center that fits.

I am very thankful to have Sunshine as my day care. My kids have been there almost 4 yrs now and I plan to stay while my kids are in school. What I like most is the individualized attention my kids get while at daycare. The best part is my kids are alwyas happy to go to daycare.
