About Leslie

I was a senior care companion for six years for two separate agencies in the Rochester NY area. I had a private client through Care. com in West Virginia for three years. Not only have I been a companion, but I have done dementia care and hospice care. I also was a care provider for my own mother, as I balanced life in the sandwich generation working 3 jobs, getting my PHD, and raising my sons. I recently brought my mother home from the nursing home for her final three months and performed hospice care evenings and weekends after teaching all day. It was an incredible rewarding experience to help her join the angels. I currently teach full time for a local Albuquerque school district. I am available after 4 p.m. weekdays and all-day weekends for my senior care services. I will only do overnights on Friday and Saturday nights.
