About Dawn

I have 13 years of experience working with children in a residential treatment center as a Certified Recreation Specialist, as well as 7 years in early childhood education as a VPK Instructor. I am creative, energetic and very good at adjusting to different personalities and needs. I love providing meaningful play and learning activities through arts/crafts, music, language/reading and games. You can feel confident in my ability to interact, maintain safety and meet your expectations in caring for your child/children as I would want for mine when they were younger. My husband and I have raised 2 beautiful daughter who are now 22 and 19. I currently work occasionally in Occupational Therapy as a PRN, so I have a lot of flexibility with my time. Together with all of my combined work experience and knowledge, I have a lot to offer!
