About Anastasia

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, adventurous, and hardworking. I love working with kids because they deserve the opportunity to be loved and appreciated. Our childhoods are important to our development because it provides the bridge to life lessons and feeling loved. In my spare time, I love to run. (I am currently training for a half marathon) Also, I love volunteering as I've had many blessed opportunities to give back to my communities that once helped me growing up. I have two younger siblings (11 & 9) which has expanded me in areas such as communication, patience, tutoring, mentoring, and many more. In addition I grew up with three amazing dogs. During spring break of last year, me and my co-site leader led a group of 10 participants to Tennessee to support the humane care of animals. This opportunity opened my eyes to my love for animals.
