My family is not just looking for a housekeeper or a nanny, we are looking for someone that can help us with everyday life, and become an extension to our family. We have a 5-year-old who is nonverbal with autism that requires some additional assistance, working and preparing for kindergarten. This summer will probably be spent mostly in the backyard on the blow up slide or at my moms down the street at the pool. For the right person, we can hire as W2 employee, or cash if preferred. We also have a newborn, but we are just looking for someone for our 5-year-old son for the summer at this time. Preferably someone that has worked with special needs before.
